An intriguing new way to eat pasta, which is quick and easy to cook, and ideal for a mid-week dinner with a twist. This buckwheat pasta is especially delicious with a creamy sauce! Cooking**: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1/2 tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately. This product is Coeliac UK, Vegan, Soil Association and Kosher certified.
